The soil is on high terraces composed of alluvial deposits and shingles.
Grapes are harvested at maturity.
The wine is vinified in a cement vat with daily pumping-over. Vatting lasts around three weeks after the alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is aged in a vat and is bottled the following autumn in order to preserve the aromas of fruits.
Color: intense purple red.
Nose: red fruit aromas, raspberry and blackcurrant.
Palate: aromas of fruits with a lot of freshness, roundness, fineness.
