Grapes are harvested at phenolic ripeness.
The vinification is carried out in the traditional way from 15 to 21 days.
The ageing is performed from 9 to 12 months in vats.
Color: intense, brilliant and limpid garnet red colour with purple tints.
Nose: complex and delicate with spicy notes and black fruit aromas.
Palate: this wine exhibits a frank attack with a tight tannic structure. It is well-balanced with blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry aromas. This wine is elegant and refined with a great persistency.
