Perched on the granite terraces of the Ardèche, the Syrah expresses all its richness and generosity. The 2010 vintage has produced a wine with finesse and depth, for which a strong flavoured meat such as lamb, is no doubt the ideal partner.

The wine’s tannins melt deliciously into the tender flesh of the lamb. And the crisp, tender vegetables accentuate the mineral freshness of the Saint-Joseph.
