Grapes come from alluvial and colluvial terraces made of clay and limestone from the Southern Drôme department.

Harvesting

Grapes are harvested at maturity.

Vinification

The must is cold-settled after pressing.
The fermentation temperatures are controlled from 14 to 20°C.

Maturing

The wine is aged in vats. Bottling is performed by the end of winter.

Tasting

Color: pale, with gold and green tints.

Nose: orange blossom aromas and mild spices (cinnamon).

Palate: the entrance is rich and then the wine exhibits great freshness and persistency.
